We are using two 3710/A type air compressor in our facility for rig drilling operations. We are facing an unusual issue with one of our air compressors which is displaying an error message as “Warning Not commissioned” on the WS controller.

We are using two 3710/A type air compressor in our facility for rig drilling operations. We are facing an unusual issue with one of our air compressors which is displaying an error message as “Warning Not commissioned” on the WS controller.

The maintenance indicator (amber LED) is ON but we are unable to find the right cause of this problem.

With regards to troubleshooting, we have replaced the air pressure regulator, the WS controller, Eaton fault relay and I/O module 02250154-052, but the amber maintenance light is still ON.

We are unable to set the Unload pressure at 110psi and load delta pressure at 10psi. Currently the unload pressure is 90psi and load delta pressure at 5psi.

Any one can help what we are having warning and how to reset this to fix?

You will need a technician to hook up to the unit and reset maintenance timers. Also can adjust pressures through there. But normally you should be able to adjust on the ws controller.

Not Commissioned

If the IO module was replaced and not commissioned the machine does not know what parameters it was designed for and defaults to lowest setting.

The module you have is definitely yet to be commissioned.

The commissioning of new module requires a particular software from Sullair (called WSPC) and also know how of Sullair and its distributor to do so.

Just simply contact them to come down to do the commissioning of your I/O module.
