I have a DeWalt D55168, 200 PSI 1.8 HP 15 Gallon tank that I was running off a generator/welder.
The compressor was started and immediately cut off due to lack of power from the generator because it hasn’t idled up yet.
What now? Is there a motor reset button?

Doesn’t look like it on this model.
Try the “Will Not Start” pages in troubleshooting to find some other things to check.
