Air intake filter fills with compressor oil on shutdown. Atlas Copco XAHS365MD

On shutdown, all out let valves closed, there seems to be compressed air still in the compressor system its not de compressing.

When i take off the lower air intake filter units they are covered in oil the oil seems to be coming past the Unloader Valve. Compressor oil levels are correct. It only seems to have started over the last couple of months.

The 1st time it happened i stripped down the unloader valve and found nothing wrong, i also stripped down the Oil Stop valve and that seemed ok also.

My next step is to strip down the Low Pressure Valve, i'm running out of idea's.

Any Help would be appreciated.
Regards
Andy

I don't have a manual for that exact unit. I'm going off one for XAHS 347 Cd - XAHS 710 CD7 cat C7 should be essentially the same.

Is that to say it seemed ok after you worked on the unloader? Is the blow-off valve opening?

Is the separator clear of excess oil?
