Weaver Type Air Compressor

I have a Weaver Air compressor Type: WPV 51, Serial number: AL 292. Where can I find some information about it. If I could find the manual for it would be great. And how can I connenct this Weaver Air compressor togeather with my 30 gallon Kobalt model: 215921, serial number: E33510293. It has a running HP of 1.6 and 5.3 SCFM @ 90 PSI and 6.2 SCFM @ 40 PSI.
