Two fixes for 94667 not attaining top pressure

I have repaired my 94667 from not attaining top pressure with 2 different fixes.

When my compressor continued to run while only attaining 60 psi, I googled the fix. Gasket kit...$12 and about 30 minutes of time and worked great.

Then I had an air leak that increased after shutoff and then would not attain max pressure again, but a definite air leak.

It was under the pressure switch.

Got a mirror out and noticed a crack in the pressure switch outlet box. Exact replacement is not available, but with a search on amazon, found a different manufacturer that looked identical (except for the new unit had 4 ports instead of two). After replacement, the new pressure switch works much better and was only $18.

It is now working better than new.

Also, the use of full synthetic oil helps a lot as well.

The unit meets my needs as I do use it a fair amount. I am a retired carpenter and homeowner.

Simply fixes to keep your unit working.
