Speedaire 1WD21 pump has blown head gaskets?

Speedair 1WD21 Pump head leaks air where the copper tube from head feeds down to the tank .......air comes out through the Head Gaskets when pump is trying to build air pressure to the tank also it seems that the original gasket is made of very thin gasket material. Are these Pumps known to have these problems Blowing Head Gaskets?

I don't know they're "known for" it, but if they blew, they blew.
