I have a model L3706056 Vertical 60gal. tank 240 volt air compressor. After making the electrical connections I can't seem to replace the pressure switch cover so that the small white plunger is inserted into the red Auto/off control switch. The cover sits properly on the base but the plunger does not engage. Please advise solution. Cheers, Bill

Looks to me that the yellow connectors need to be bent down out of the way, and maybe pull the wires down/back a bit at the strain relief.

If that's not it, can you get a couple of better pix of it?

Good luck.
