I need a pressure switch for my CP 40400.
I need the part which has been circled (oval) in the photo included. According to the manual’s diagram it’s the air pressure switch and the on-off switch.

Where can I find a source for CP air compressor parts?
I decided to replace the entire part (parts) rather than have another go bad later.
Thanks,
Bob

Parts for 40400
Bob, while it is true that OEM parts for the 40400 are in short supply, many of the parts on this compressor can be replaced by almost standard parts from other compressors.
In particular, there is nothing unique about the pressure switch or the regulator on the 40400.
I suggest you remove both from your air compressor after cutting the power and draining any air in the tank, and take those parts with you to stores in your area that sell compressors.
Since the parts in question are fairly common, I expect some of these stores will stock comparable equipment for you.
If you are not sure about the pressure switch or regulator see those pages on this site for more details.
Let us know how you made out, won’t you?
