I was given a old sanborn compressor model 400A30 in good shape just no motor. My research told me motor is obsolete. Can you help?

Model 400A30 motor

Well, the replacement pump has this:

Single Stage
7.5 cfm @ 90psi
Max RPM 950
Max pressure 125 psi
Cast Iron Construction
2.5" bore
HP 2
1-A Belt
Bolts up with very minor modification

So, I'd pick a compressor duty 2 HP (or more, if about the same price) motor, and depending on its RPM, calculate what pulley size it needs. Buy them, and put it together.

(Don't buy a 220V motor unless you have power for it.)

Good luck, and have fun...
