Kaeser Model CS76 Rotary Screw Air Compressor

After the oil change of above unit of the air compressor, during re-start up the unit we had the problem of the compressor failed to loading as usual. The unit run on unloading and failed to compress air.I had checked the loading/unloading pressure switch and its in good condition. My question is why the unit had this problem.

Hi Bill.
Firstly, I would like to thank you guys for all the comments. Eventually, the problem had been solved, and the culprit was the load solenoid faulty. By the way, thanks to Carl for your help.

A few things

Are you saying that it is only running on idle and will not load?

If so, check on the controller that you haven't accidentally pressed the button that has the 2 arrows, one coloured in, one not coloured in, if this button is flashing green then it wont load.

Secondly, you may need to check or replace the load solenoid, make sure you have voltage to it, if you have then replace it, if you haven't then you need to look at the connection going from the controller to it.

Hope that helps

Check the scavenger tube. Wrong place, no oil, no compression.
