I/R P100 Blowing oil

by Matt

Just picked up a I/R P100 diesel compressor. After in runs for about 3 min. it starts blowing the dextron compressor oil out of the air discharge? Any ideas?? Also, any one know where to get shop manuals for this unit?

If you are getting oil blowing out of the air Valve (chicago fitting) you have a damaged air/oil separator. They occasionally get damaged by extreme pressure drop at shutdown and break. replacement should take about 30-40 minutes and is not very difficult using standard hand tools.
