2 questions 1) Did craftsman just put there name on it/ or did they have DeVilbiss making them for them?

2) changing 115/125/230/240/250. Schematic on motor shows 110/220 all same basic, anyways ive added pictures if they can save anyone from having to search all over well here you go and thank you very much have used your website many times! Btw on switching between 110/220 its easy moving 2 wires over from one position to another position on motor! pictured here its a brown wire and a white wire to different pol position on the board

Howdy.

I am glad you find my site useful.

I expect Devilbiss made compressors for Craftsman. Unlikely that Craftsman would simply take it upon themselves to re-label a Devilbiss compressor to sell. Don't know if they still are making compressors for Craftsman now.
