Its a CH vt series used on sears comps in the 70s....parts are available on ebay.

Try looking around Master Tool Repair website. If you can't find parts for this particular cylinder head, you can put on a later style, all the bolts patterns match. CH changed the head design on this pump quite a few times.

Looks like it just needs reeds. Any recommendations on where to find parts the 3 parts i need are discontinued.

It Depends.

If it doesn't need hard parts like a crank or piston or con rod, you should be able to fix it up pretty cheaply.
