We have ingersoll rand comp.model number R90l-W7.5 serial number V1253.

max.working pressure 7.0 BARG.

This comp we fill with oil every 2 day and coming oil level low and compressor trip due to high temperature .

please help for this.

we don't know where oil going.

we check oilcooler oulet its ok

Most definately you need to replace the seperator element! If you have no oil leak then it cant be going anywhere else. Check your receiver tank (air tank) for oil too and (if fitted) you may need to replace your inline filters as they will probably be starting to clog up with oil if you have been losing that much oil in 2 days

It's almost certainly being atomised and getting in your compressed air.

Does your application care if there is oil in the air?

Aside from a separator problem, are you using the correct oil? Some compressors are picky about what you use.
