Coupling burning up 2 times in a row on 185

Well our coupling went out, during normal use, we replaced it, ran fine for a day, then went out again, fixing to replace it one more time, what could be causing the problem?

 Coupler fail?

Is it level? And did the first replacement go in easily, or did you have trouble getting the holes to line up?

Can you get a pic or two of the old one(s) and post?

 Coupling

Hi. Our coupling blew out in our 185cfm. It’s only done 400hours. They have apparently blamed a dirty air filter but I’m hesitant to think that was the cause.
