Convert 1z475 to run on Gas motor?

Hi, I got this monster 1Z475 with non-original electric motor and would like to mount a gas 11hp on it (if thats enough power?) but rotation of gas motors are CCW and flywheel on pump has an arrow showing its CW rotation, (I can deal with the fan)? If this is correct being CW rotation can I rotate barrels and connecting rods as I'd think theres a oil slinger on the rod caps. Or is this unit oiled with a gear pump and I'm out of luck? Also where do you find the rpm and CFM ratings?

Looking forward to seeing the photos. You'll need to start a new thread and can then upload up to 4 images.

I tried a reply once and nothing?

Compressor is in mountains so info from a friend should be correct but I'll double check all numbers when i get up there plus take plenty of pics. I'm also looking at a used Rol-Air to give extra cfm's for the project I have planed which will need around 20cfm in total. thanks for input. Bill K

Are you sure about the number? Don't see that one anywhere. (Maybe post pix? You'd have to start over with your question to put them up.)

Can't answer the rest, except to say that if the present motor works, and it's under 11HP, the gas engine should do fine.
