Compressor pop off valve kicks

Compressor builds up when it hits desired pressure it kicks off pop out valve again and compressor keeps running.

If you mean the PRV is cracking at it's set pressure, you may have a more serious issue with your compressor.

If, for example, the PRV is set to crack at 175 PSI, and it does so at that pressure level in the tank, then it's not the PRV that's the issue, but more likely your pressure switch.

If the PRV is cracking too soon,either it's failed, or it's full of crud and doesn't work right.

That being the case, dump all air in the tank, remove the PRV, let it sit in a solvent for a while, remove, manually shift it, making sure all is working. Let it dry and reinstall it.

If it's still cracking before the right pressure, then replace it.
