The drive pulley to the compressor shattered.

Everything else is fine and the first thing I checked was too see if compressor had froze. It is fine.

No problem, get another pulley. I have had NO LUCK.

What can I do?

I know there is a used one somewhere, or an application that would work?

92504 pump pulley

You were kind enough to provide photo of the 92504 damaged pulley.

What I haven't been able to find is the actual dimensions of the pulley.

I did Google replacement pulleys of all shapes and sizes and there are many sources, including Harbor Freight and some auto parts stores.

Have you Googled the pulley dimensions to find a non-OEM replacement... or even one that might work, as OEM parts for this compressor don't appear to be available.

Pulley welds
by: Doug in s.d.ca.

"the spokes will break by the welds."

If not done correctly, quite possibly.

But with gussets and re-balancing, it might be cheaper than a new one - most of the ones I find are at least $100.

Anyway, good luck, whatever you do.

It is a tapered shaft. The spokes are all broke loose. They could be welded by someone more capable than I, but my experience is that the spokes will break by the welds.

Have you got dimensions on it?

Is it a tapered or straight shaft?

Don't know what it's made of, but may be possible to repair it?

There other posts here regarding this machine, so you might try contacting some of them to see if they have your part.

Good luck.
