Casting numbers 1100/1108

I have a compressor that my dad gave me that belonged to my grand father and my great grandfather, it has a 1/4 horse electric motor with the name delco company out of Chicago, the compressor has no manufacturers name on it only 2 casting numbers, 1100 and 1108, it still works very well, please give me any info you can find as far as age and company.

Haven't been able to find info on mine either it's mounted on a "bailleys" tank
