Have a code SPN 1947 FMI 007 and cannot find any listing anywhere to show any codes for these units. We have 4 of them onsite.

All but a very few just say call A-C.

Yours may be both 4 and 3 (=7) - which is drive overload, possibly due to low input voltage.

This has the XC2002 USA controller firmware 1.20.0
