Atlas Copco GA22 produces no air

by Lee
(Doncaster UK)

Hi

We have a GA22, sounds noisy at the top end and won’t load up.
The compressor shows it’s in auto load mode but produces no air.
There are no faults on the screen.
I seem to think it’s a load solenoid issue.
Thanks in advance
Lee

Load Solenoid
by: Carl

First thing to do Lee is check to see if there is voltage at the solenoid, if there is, then replace it, if there isn’t then the controller itself will be the issue. Just hope it’s the solenoid mate, the controllers are expensive!

Agree it sounds like solenoid. Have you checked it?

Let us know, please, and good luck.
