Air continues to leak from control line orifice, replaced control pressure regulator and shuttle valves did not help. Any suggestions

Air leaking back in the control air line can be from the control solenoid or from the blowdown valve. If you replaced the regulator and shuttle valves but none of the control solenoids,that may be your issue.

How I trouble shot the issue is to start removing the control lines. Some will have air some will not. The one that has air and shouldn't leads you to the problem. The experience comes in knowing which lines have air and which do not. A good tech should have your problem solved in 20 minutes or less.

There are other issues going on and a visual check of how the control system is operating is another indicator of the problem. Good luck
