3 gal mastercraft silica O ring replacement help

Ok thanks to the guy who told me to take it apart-it did blow the bottom O ring from the compressor-so the remaining one is orange in colour and replacement ones are black-does that matter?

Also should I add any oil when I replace the blown one? (type)There is no O-ring size in the manual-so looks like I just have to eye it too.
And last but not least Crappy Tire customer service would not send me anew one unless I paid $1.00 for ring and $15.00 to ship-told them it was only 3 1/2 yrs old-they just don't care-great way to run a company-no wonder they are struggling-last time I buy anything like this there!

oil

It's supposed to be oil-less, isn't it? The ring itself should provide any lube required, unless it comes with instructions to the contrary.

You will want to break it in a bit before you try to make a lot of pressure.

Color?

It's probably either cheaper or better, but I wouldn't worry about it if it fits.
