2340 does not cut out?


ingersoll rand 2340 60gal does not cut out LF10-4H

it goes past 175 where it should cut out but goes past that to 200ps1 then blow out valve pops....have to turn it off with breaker and push in the blow out valve so it wont lose air....4 port lf10-4h

So, it's a 2340L5-V or similar?

And the pressure switch broke, and you're trying to replace it?

Wrong switch - that's 95-125psi

Nevertheless, it should turn off. Either it's wired wrong, or the contacts welded.

You're running it on 220v? HP rating of whatever motor is on it?
