Worthington 3 Stage
Compressor runs, but doesn't load for about 10 minutes, then loads and pressures properly--after using air tools, pressure drops, then runs but won't load until another 10 minutes or so.

You have me at a bit of a disadvantage, since I don't know anything about a Worthington compressor.
If I understand correctly, the compressor runs all the time, but only kicks into "load" (as in starts compressing air) after it's been out of air for 10 minutes?
The pressure switch then would be suspect, as it's not kicking the compressor into compressing air when it's called for.
If you can add any more details, that would be good.
