As I mentioned to another visitor some time ago, sometimes I buzz when I'm turned on too! :-)

Assuming it's the motor that's buzzing, look to the following as likely causes:

-too low voltage or amperage getting to your motor
-motor starter has failed
-motor has failed
-motor can't start against load
