won't start no nise or anything

I have a cental pneumatic 4hp 10 gallon air compressor and it won't start..simply does nothing...the item number is 90234....ant suggestions

Is the pressure tank empty?

Is there power to the plug?

Is that power getting to the pressure switch?

Is the pressure switch tripping or anything when you plug it in and the tank is zero PSI?

Can you meter the wire that leads from the pressure switch to the motor to see if there is current flowing through what should be a closed circuit now that there is no pressure?
