Wiring in a 6- gal 240 volt compressor

I am having trouble figuring out how to connect the 320 volt cable to the compressor switch. Two connections are labeled line so I assume that I connect the two hot wires there and connect the ground wire to the green screw on the frame. The line connections are weird. Do the hot wires go into the front and do I need to get some connector to go on to the hot wires so they will go into the switch? Help
