OIL IS LEAKING OUT OF AIR FILTER HOUSING OF ROTARY COMPRESSOR WHY?

Difficult to be sure, Bob, with so little info given to work with.

Could be a valve or gasket leaking issue.

What's changed on the compressor maintenance? If nothing, then it's likely mechanical, and you will need pro help. Check the repairs page for local sources.

Certain components on a rotary screw machine need to be maintained on a regular basis (8000 hrs).
Unloader valve, check valve, oil stop valve, minimum pressure valve, thermostat valve, etc.
These components have seals and o-rings that keep oil out of places it shouldn't be.
Have a full service performed on your compressor.
