Why a tap in a compressed air sistem is frozen.

Hmmmm, pretty broad question with not a lot of information, Joao.

Is it safe to assume that your ambient air temperature is above freezing? If it is below freezing then the water in the air line will freeze. If you aren't sure where the water comes from, read the pages on that subject on this site.

If the temperature is near or just above freezing, flowing compressed air cools, and that might bring the temperature down to the freezing point when air is being consumed.
