Where is the serial number

i need to know if there is a serial # on these i have the model 919.165250 and the manual for it but i dont see a serial # except for a stamped # K-0323 on the cover of the manual.i need this because my compressor was stolen and the police said i need the serial # if any one can help i would appreciate it. Bill says... Hey Russell, sorry to hear someone swiped your compressor. Unfortunately, the serial number for every compressor is different, and it's not likely going to be on any of the paperwork, unless you copied it from the information plate that is on every compressor that I know of.
