Frustrating lack of replacement parts
by: Dave G

I have three of these compressors, all failed the same way by not pumping up past 15lbs. Shame to waste the whole machine due to faulty piston seals. Easy to replace if only they were available...

Repair parts for a 61615 oilless

This compressor model is still available, and as such, the folks that specialize in supplying after market parts for compressors haven't built up a supply.

Harbor Freight, of course, like most big box stores, do not support the rebuild of the compressors.

Rich, I have to tell you that this compressor is available new at $59.99. You will not be able to buy parts for this compressor to rebuild the pump for less than that I expect, and probably you'll pay more for parts if you could find them.

Cut your losses, keep the old one for spares for the new, and spring for a new one... at least that's what I'd do it were me.
