I have a older champion 2hp 20 gal tank. model 20cv20pa magnetek motor and furnas switch. It blew the breaker at my house and friends house so i ruled out wiring.

Bill says...Mickey, I don't think it's the wiring. When the pressure in your system reaches cut out pressure, the high pressure side of your switch cuts the power to the compressor motor.
I am assuming that your normal cut out pressure is higher than 110 PSI?
Regardless, I think you've got a fault to ground on the high pressure side of your pressure switch, and if it were me, I'd be putting a new switch on.
Cheers,
Bill
