Water in oil

Im getting water in my oil. I dead headed water pressure in the heat exchanger at about 85 psi and doesnt seem to be leaking. so thats why i am confused.

Steve, I'm thinking you either have a seal leak, or I'm wondering if you've got a condensation problem.

There's really not enough info in your post to pursue it further. Maybe add a comment to this post identifying your type of compressor, how many HP, how much ancillary equipment you've got (heat exchangers / driers) and how you've found the water in the oil.
