Warranty..try to collect it...had to pay for parts

Has far as we are concerned that is pretty bad customer service...would be nice if someone gave a damn and looked after us .We were told it would take 2 weeks to get a part that we needed for our compressor that we need and use everyday to run our business. We can't go that long without and air compressor..it's used to run several pieces of equipment in our shop.We ended up ordering parts from your recommended repair shop which we have to pay for...what about warranty? Anyway we couldn't wait 2 weeks for parts..so we laided out $1540.00 for a new pump so we could keep going.....

Well then A&D Cabinets, I take that as a condemnation of the service levels of Speedaire compressors, right? :-)

Just to set the record straight in case I misunderstood the intent, this website has nothing officially to do with Speedaire except to try and offer compressed air advice.

If you have an issue with your Speedaire compressor, and the free advice on this website can't help with your particular problem, then do contact the Speedaire distributor and owner of the brand in Canada, and that's Acklands Grainger.

Oh, and one more thing, when you say about your air compressor "that we need and use everyday to run our business" if it were my business, and compressed air were that critical, I'd have a back up air compressor.
