MY UNLOADER VALVE HAS A CRACK IN IT AND IT IS LEAKING AIR CAUSING THE AIR COMPRESSOR TO RUN MORE THAN IT SHOULD IT IS A SMALL CRACK. WHERE CAN I BUY A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS. IT SHOWS THE PART # AS 18A ON THE ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM THAT I GOT WITH IT. THE CRACK IS IN THE BASE OF THE UNIT. CAN I USE SOMETHING LIKE LIQUID STEEL TO SEAL THIS AND WOULD IT HOLD?

Johhny, I can't see from the photos I've found whether the unloader is on the side of the pressure switch or internal.

I think it may be on the side.

If Harbor Freight doesn't have the part, you may be able to get a new one by purchasing a new pressure switch of the same style though it doesn't have to be the same make.

See the "air compressors and compressed air equipment available" link at the bottom of both navigation bars. There are a number of pressure switches there that may suit.

I have no idea if liquid steel would work, sorry.
