unloader valve? Does this sound right?

Can't find the unloader valve on the spec sheets. I have a Kobalt K7580V2 that builds one tank fine then overloads/ trips breaker during start up of next tank. It's not consistent, may run fine for 3 hours then starts acting up again. Sounds like as I read it maybe unloader valve. Does this sound right?

Randy, sure sounds like a sticky unloader. If you have a Condor brand pressure switch, instead of being on the outside where you can get at it, the unloader mechanism is inside the switch, and bleeds out the bottom or the side.

Kobalt unloader valve

Thanks Bill, just replaced the pressure switch Friday and still having the problem. But the unloader is in the pressure switch, right? It's a square D switch and has a copper line from the switch to the underside of the pump some where. At least that's what it looks like. I really appreciate the help.
