Unknown model compressor pump with Campbell Hausfeld patent #

Is this a Campbell Hausfeld compressor?
Is this a Campbell Hausfeld compressor?

I bought this compressor from a co-worker's father who bought it from an auction. No one knows what this thing is, assuming it is even a factory unit, could be thrown together.

Does seem like an odd setup for a fairly large tank.

I would like to be able to service it with parts but have no clue what the compressor pump is. No tag or label. Looks kind of like pumps I have seen on portable Sears/Craftsman compressors but that doesn't narrow it down at all for me.

Hopefully this is an easy one for somebody. The compressor pump is spun by a 2HP LR22132 115V Doerr motor (US made) like I have also seen on Sears units. They are sitting on top of a Brunner Engineering and Mfg. tank that is dated 1999 and brush painted green.

Pump is cast iron with only some numbers marked in the casting. A "1" and "2" on opposite ends and 'C304' located on an emboss.

Help identifying the pump or where it came from would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
