Underload valve bleeds air 0psi then compressor kicks back on.

It's an old compressor 4gal emgo compressor and when it hits 120psi the auto switch relay kicks off but hit the underload valve finger and releases all the pressure it just started doing this yesterday after 10years of use.

It's likely your tank check valve is leaking.
