Type of Oil

What would be the recommended type of oil to use for a 1982 Joy tow behiind air compressor? It's has 4 cylinder International motor in it. Also what oil would you suggest to use for the sump oil? Thank you

Howdy CJ. Gosh, I've never been asked about what oil to use for an internal combustion engine before. I'd guess 10W-30, but I'm not sure.
