Is it a song you recognize??? :-)

I don't have a lot of info here to work on. Things I'd like to know are:

-is the pressure in the tank rising when the compressor is running?
-what pressure does it get to before it breaks into humming?
-is it humming when it's trying to re-start

Could be any number of things going on, I just don't have enough information to point at any one thing.
