T30 Ingersoll Rand Compressor relief valve pops

T30 Ingersoll Rand Compressor relief valve pops (lifts) on 2nd stage - 2nd Stage normal range (240 - 260) symptom is the pressure ramps past the normal reading of 250 psi to max of 370 then relief lifts, Reliefs are tested to 400 psi. 3rd Stage normal range is (940-1040) but the psi never gets past 800 psi currently.

3rd Stage Valve removed and cleaned, temporary repair is working (all stage pressures returned to normal limits) - new 3rd Stage valve on order.

Sounds like 3rd stage intake valves stuck open.

But are you sure it's a T30? All I've seen are two-stage.
