What is the difference between a sullair 185 cfm and a sullair 185 dpq air compressor?

Judy, the 185 refers to the after compressor flow rate.

The DPQ is an options package. They offer other options packages as well... a DLQ for example.

You would have to check with Sullair to determine what the various options include.

I suspect, then, that the basic 185 is just that, and the DPQ is a model with an options upgrade.
