This issue is with the plastic oil fill plug on my Central Pneumatic air compressor model 40400. Where can I purchase a new one ?

Central Pneumatic Compressor 40440 plug

Good luck finding an OEM replacement plug.

The plug does not have to be plastic, but it does have to be vented.

If no one can contribute a source for the OEM plug, take the old one to your local contractors plumbing supply house and I expect they'll be able to fix you up with a brass plug of the same size.

You will need to drill a small hole through it top to bottom to vent the sump.

Good luck. Let us know how it turns out, K?
