Speedaire compressor Model # 4B247B - have to stop useing compressor and wait for air to build up

Compessor only gets up to about 100PSI and is slow getting there and then air presure falls
off fast when air tools are used. have to stop useing compressor and wait for air to build
up

The part number you provided is that of the compressor pump, but is not the model number of the compressor. What HP is the motor on yours, please, and what is your tank size?

When you say "then air presure falls off fast when air tools are used" this may not be indicative of a problem, but simply the large demand of the air tool and the relatively slow supply capacity of your compressor. More info as a comment here would allow me to look further into this for you.
