Howdy:

If you are talking about the air pressure inside the tank, that's handled by the pressure switch. That's the device that turns the compressor on and off depending on what pressure is in the air tank.

You regulate the air pressure on your Speedaire air compressor the same way you regulate it on any compressor.

Where the air discharges from the tank and to the coupler into which you plug your air line, there should be a regulator installed.

That regulator will regulate the downstream air pressure (the air after the regulator itself) to whatever pressure you have set it to.
