Speedaire 5Z405B - valve plate with valves

Hello,

we need a valve plate along with valves that will fit on Speedaire 5Z405B, do you know where can we find them? 

Our valve plate looks like the one from the picture on this link.

First logical spot to as is Grainger, as Speedaire is their house brand. Look at the Speedaire page for info on finding your local source.
