SNAP ON CE 16 COMPESSOR

WHEN I START THE COMPRESSOR IT STARTS FINE, AND KICKS OF AT 150. BUT WHEN IT DROPS TO 100 AND TRIES TO KICK BACK IN IT STRUGGLES AND BLOWS THE FUSE.

Based on what you say here, friend, I suggest you have a read of the UNLOADER VALVE information page. Your Snap On compressor problem sounds like a classic unloader valve issue.
