Series SRP

The SRP series is a non-lube stainless steel precision regulator. All of the parts in contact with the fluid are stainless steel, fluororubber or fluororesin. The components are also ultrasoncially cleaned before assembly into this regulator.
Product Features

• Air consumption is 1/4 to 1/5 conventional regulator (e.g. ARP3000).
• Applicable for situations requiring corrosion resistance and non-lube.
• Direct-acting bleed style precision regulator.
• Fluid contacting parts are SUS316, fluororubber, or fluororesin.
• High 1% full-scale repeatability.
• High precision sensitivity rated 0.3% full-scale.
• Low 0.5 lit/min or less flow consumption (at 0.2MPa outlet).
• Low flow conserves energy and reduces cost.
• Specifically designed for force feed and pressure/trace N2 lines.
