Should i drain the air after each use?

I've had a Bambi silent compressor for around 2.5 years. Until recently the valve didn't fit into my staple gun properly so a bit of air leaked. Now I have fixed that problem, I have realized the air doesn't automatically drain the compressor after I've turned the compressor off. So should I drain the air after each use? The manual days to drain the air only when the pressure is below 2bar, but the pressure isn't dropping at all. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Bambi silent compressor tank

If it's got a tank, then you should drain it regularly to get the water out.

This is even more important if the compressor sits for long periods between use.

Get in the habit of opening the tank drain at the end of each day and you'll help keep inner tank corrosion at bay.
